I went here for the first time a few days ago and it was honestly a good experience. Fausto helped me out with my insurance and was able to get me in last minute. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his professionalism when getting me in. Dr. Acherman was also very kind and thorough when it came to explaining my x-Ray and doing my cleaning. I will definitely recommend this play to my family and friend!

Heard about Gentle Dental through a family friend and I am very pleased with my experience. Dr. Acherman was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The entire staff was amazing, welcoming, and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. They made the scheduling process easy and their office manager Fausto, was super helpful and patient when it came to dealing with my insurance. It's clear that patient care is their top priority. I had such an amazing experience at Gentle Dental Irvine! Dr. Acherman was incredible at educating me on all of my dental work and made me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Cony and Fausto at the front were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. The entire team truly goes above and beyond to make patients feel cared for. After this experience, I’m officially switching my whole family over because I finally found my new favorite dentist in town! Thank you again to the whole team for everything, highly recommend this office to anyone looking for amazing dental care and customer service!

I’ve been coming to this dental office for years, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The entire team is incredibly friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. The staff is truly amazing, they go out of their way to make every visit a positive experience. And Fausto, the new manager, has been such a great addition. You can really tell he cares about both the patients and the team, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. I also did my Invisalign treatment here, and the whole process was seamless. They explained everything clearly, kept me on track, and the results have been fantastic. It’s not often you can say you actually enjoy going to the dentist, but I genuinely look forward to my visits here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring, top-notch dental office!

I had such an amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-tier. The entire team made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Dr. Acherman was incredible—so knowledgeable, gentle, and truly attentive throughout the entire visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. A huge thank you to Fausto and Cony at the front office as well! They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and honestly made the whole appointment fun and stress-free.
